Returns & Exchanges

We do hope that you’ll be happy with your purchase however if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the shoes. If you haven’t received your shoes within 7 days (for UK orders) and 21 days (for international orders), please contact us on +44 208 347 5563.

All shoes must be returned unmarked and in their original packaging. To ensure you have ordered the right size, we highly recommend that you try on the shoes on a carpeted or soft surface. We however will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear or clearly damaged soles, and the shoes will be sent back to you.


Exchanges

Exchanges can be accepted for shoes in a different style, colour and/or size, subject to availability, provided you pay the cost difference (if applicable). Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we have your preferred size and/or style available These will be sent to you once the original shoes have been received in resalable condition.

Gift returns

If you have received the shoes as a gift, you can exchange it for another pair of the same value or higher provided you pay the cost difference and import duties and taxes where applicable.

FREE UK Returns:
1. Complete the returns note, enclose with your goods and place the returns label on your parcel.
2. Take the parcel to the Post Office and please ensure you retain your proof of posting
until we confirm receipt of the shoes and process the refund for the returned shoes.

International Returns:
Unfortunately we're unable to offer free returns and exchanges on international orders so you will incur the cost.

Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item via email returns@lapaire.co.uk or by telephone on +44 208 347 5563, quoting your order number and the reason(s) why you wish to return the shoes.
2. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
3. Complete the Returns form that is enclosed with your shoes quoting this number. We will be unable to process your return/exchange without this RA number.

4. Returns are to be received within 14 days from the date of the RA number being issued. Any returns received outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of La Paire Ltd.
5. We highly recommend you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery. Please ensure you retain the receipt until we confirm receipt of the shoes and process the refund for the returned shoes. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. For further information, please contact us.

Refund Policy
In the UK and EU, you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt; this includes any delivery charge. For international customers, we can only offer a full refund excluding any international duties and taxes. Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. We will email you a confirmation once your shoes have been received and a refund processed.


Cancelling your order
In the UK and EU, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the shoes or within 7 working days of receipt of the shoes by following our Returns process. If you are outside the UK and EU, by following our Returns process, we can offer a full refund excluding any international duties and taxes if you wish to return the shoes.


Faulty items
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident. If you would like to exchange a faulty item(s), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair the faulty item(s). All item(s) that are returned as faulty will be inspected and any item(s) deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

If the shoes are faulty or if we’ve sent you the wrong shoes by mistake, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us within 14 days. We will then be able to offer a full refund or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.
